high storage with no song or playlist downloads

Spotify is using 17gb of storage on my phone and I don't understand how when I've not got any songs saved at all?

What phone and what OS version and Spotify version are you using? Are you running any cache-clearing or memory-optimizing apps/services on it? Note that on some devices those are set to run on auto by default and they often cause issues with the cache size.

Please check for anything suspicious and get back to us so we can investigate further.
