That is odd. I'd advise you check this thread as it lists the most common solutions for users who have paid for Premium but their account hasn't been upgraded yet. As for the double payments, it could either be that you have paid for two different Spotify accounts (or accidentally created a duplicate one) or you clicked the "Upgrade" button more than once. You can check if it's the latter by going to your account page and checking if your Premium ends more than a month away. If it does, then no worries, you kind of pre-paid ahead 🙂
