interference between devices

Just a moment ago i noticed a strange thing, im logged on with my Spotify account on several devices, the ones i have in mind right now is my phone (honor7) and my work computer (win10). 

To give a little background to the issue, here we go:

I work in a store and the company has its own "radio" where music and adds are playing (like spotify without premium) and before opening each day i listen to my own music on the work computer using spotify. 

Today is my day off and im listening to my music on spotify on my phone at home, and in the middle of a song i get the companys add playing from my phone (my phone has never been connected the the companys Wifi or something else)
