My Question or Issue

i have around 500 liked song in playlist, but its gone from phone.

i try format the card, i try reinstall spotify, but i'm stick of reinstall it every damn time i want to play something from playlist, the canvas on the album renders half at best, every time i want to see the artist who is playing the song the app crashes..

wth do i do.?? and for the love of god stop telling me to reinstall the software . i did like 3 this this week .

this happens just from the last update . do you people even test your buggy software or just release it and pray for the best..

Just to confirm, do you mean that all the songs in your Liked Songs playlist no longer appear on your mobile device?

 

If so, could you check to see if they're appearing normally from another device, preferably a desktop device?

 

Let us know how you get on - we'll see what we can suggest next based on what happens when you try the above.

yes on desktop there is no problem, if i try to play on desktop the liked playlist and then say to play it on phone it plays just first song on the android..
