cant log in as a popup keeps asking me to join premium which......i joined and its debited from my account ....whats going on..also all my playlists have disappeared  patsy

Are you sure you are logging in using the correct credentials? Take a look at the email receipt spotify sent you. It shows the user name which you should be using to log in. If it's a 12 digit number, use the option to log in with facebook.

I'm having the same problem. Still being charged. No music for my classes. Very disappointed!
