message says limit reached for offline use

I keep getting a message that says i have reached my limit and to unselect a playlist.  I pay for a subscription so why am i getting this message?

Sorry, but there is currently a limit. You can only have 3,333 songs available offline per device.

You may have hit the limit. 

I know, it sucks...
