music control when android screen blocked does not work ok

The "Play+Forward+Close" Bar on screen when Android it´s blocked doesn´t work allways. When spotify screen it´s working on screen and then I block the screen, it´s ok, but if spotify it´s working in background and I block the cell screen, then the bar does not show....

There you have both examples.

My cell: Sony Xperia D6643, Android 6.0.1, compilation No.23.5.A.1.291

Yes I did.... I reinstalled all app, and nothing.

I installed 6.2 ap version and, the same... Nothing....

Still does not work....

One more thing.... this is not happening with Google Music....

Well.... this it´s wird.... Now I can´t see any icon of app....

even when the screen it´s visible (unblocked)....

I can hear the music fine, but when I blocked the cell, I lost the control of spotify (I lost control event when the cell is not blocked)

I have a video where you can see this (but I can´t upload)

Did you try the following: 

- Remove Spotify. 

- Download the apk from apkmirror @ v6.2. 

- Enable third party sources. 

- install spotify from the downloaded apk. 

- open Play Store/other Store and disable auto update for Spotify. (very important)

- Are you on Nougat? Check whether you have enabled the appropriate notification settings that are neccessary for Spotify. I've seen that they aren't always. Search the forum, there are many threads that describe that. 

- If the problem occurs, verify the version of the app that you are using in the settings menu of Spotify.

Yes I did.. All that you say....
The notification are ok.... Even sometimes Spotify works well....when
Spotify it's on main screen (visible) and I block the cell Phone, the
Spotify bar works ok. But if Spotify it's working in background, when I
block the cell, then the Spotify bar does not show.
..this it's hapenning since the update of Android for my Sony Xperia....
May be something bad in Android....

Well.... It seems to be fixed since "web view for Android systems" was updated....

Sorry.... Isn't fixed..... Now I can see the control bar but forward and backward buttons don't Work. Just play/pause buttons works ok....

I'd say you have a problem with the app permissions or other permissions. I had a similar issue when I disabled the right for apps to control the music player on lock screen (on Cyanogenmod).

But lufiust.... It sometimes works and other times doesn't.... And I already tried changing the app permissions....
How do you suggest to make changes to the rights for the app?
