my spotify music won't play!!

When I log into my spotify acct., (the track is not available) pops up at the bottom of my phone and it doesn't play my songs. It hasn't worked for a week, if you can't get it fixed oi want to cancel my subscription!!! Please contact me asap. Thanks, David Boyd - <<SNIP>>

I still haven't heard back from Peter about my issue on my Galaxy S- 4 and my Spotify Acct. Not working ???,

Going to pop this over into the android section. 

Is the application showing a "No internet connection" or any other error messages too? Can you not stream anything? Are you in offline mode?

@shortblack Are you trying to stream music from spotify, play synched local files or downloaded spotify music? I assume the tracks you are trying to play are greyed out?

With a bit more information, we can quickly get you enjoying your music 🙂
