new account linked to facebook, say it has an account linked already

I created a spotify account with a face book login, and had to cancel it because facebook is blocked at my office. I deleted the app in facebook settings, but my android app tells me I already have a spotify account connected to face book. 

 

I don't get it, i deleted the app in facebook settings and it is gone.... Help Please

Hey @ssullivan777 ! Welcome to the community 🙂

Your Facebook account will still exist in the Spotify system as a login even if you removed the Spotify application from the Facebook website. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can remove that account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Your Facebook account will still exist in the Spotify system as a login even if you removed the Spotify application from the Facebook website. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can remove that account for you.
