one person at a time with premium family.

I have the premium family package and it will only let one person use it at a time. If I am listening and my daughter gets on, The music will switch to what she played and it will play out of both phones. How do we fix this?

Log in at spotify.com , then go to premium for family, go to an empty slot and send her a link given to you by spotify. With Spotify premium family, up to 6 people with seperate accounts can have premium subscriptions, it isn't one account for 6 persons but one subscription for 6 accounts. She will need to make her own account then join your spotify 'Family' via the link you'll send. Enjoy 🙂
