My Question or Issue

In the last 3 or 4 months I have the same issue that many users have. The music stops playing when I am connected through 4G. When Spotify connects through WiFi the music plays with no problems.

I tried clear cache, clear data , reinstall.

I changed my password.

I disconnected all my devices from web service.

Theres no update to do in my phone since March 2019.

I remove Spotify from battery management and gave all the permissions.

The only thing that fixes my problem is to turn off and on the mobile data when the music stops. But this happens every 2 to 3 songs.

Sometimes Spotify plays only the first 10 seconds of the songs and then it stops.

I think Spotify loses connection with mobile data somehow.

My connectivity is flawless with the 4G+ network and I had checked that I had GB in my account. 

Every week you update the application please fix this issue that many people have. People leaving Spotify for other services for this reason it's a shame!

I am not sure but i think the problem it solved with the latest update (8.5.25.894) .

I will run more tests with 4G connectivity!
