problems with spotify and android about the artist's information

My Question or Issue

no track and album information when i stream spotify via bluethooth with my android (huawey p10 lite). i should switch off and switch on my multimedia audio in the settings of bluethooth, but after the first song i have not information on the song. I have already tried to delete the cache of bluethooth, to reinstall spotify, to delete offline devices in spotify, to reboot my phone bu the problem persists.

do you have any solutions? i download spotify on play store.. thanks
