"Go online to download" Except, I have.

My Samsung S5 tells me Spotify is in Offline mode. It tells me to go online to download. I have done this. On my desktop, everything is happily green and there's nice green arrows indicating that I've downloaded what I want. I go to play a song on my phone and it tells me it's in Offline mode. 

An equally odd thing is when I go to play a song on my phone and the counter plays, but I can't hear a thing. Yes, of course I've turned up the volume on both Spotify and my phone. The titles on the list are grey and I'm told the song is not available. 

I really hope this is super obvious. 🙂 Help! Thanks.

Could you try reinstalling spotify following all the steps here. If that doesn't fix this, please post again.

MAGIC! All back to normal and music hearable once I uninstalled and reinstalled. Thanks!
