Spotify does not resume after a phone call

When I'm playing music and I recive a phone call Spotify pauses but it does not resume when the phone call ends. I check Spotify app permissions as suggested in a previous post but there I cannot find "phone" among the options. Any suggestions?

Hi, Im having the same issues on my Huawei. 

I cannot find "phone" in my permissions. I have set everything to allowed but still will not resume after calls. 

It will resume after whatsapp has played messages etc. 

Im using android auto and Audi MMI. 

Any help would be helpfull.
