Changing library on PC keeps changing library playing on phone

Recently (about past 2weeks) when ever i change the playing library on my phone it changes the playing library on my PC and vice verser. Its only started around 2 weeks ago and is annoying. NOt sure if its a setting but how do i stop it

Why does my Spotify keep kicking me off of my playlist in the middle of a song?

I live in Ohio and have a Premium Account. I listen to my playlist on my cell phone. I try to listen to my playlist and Spotify keeps kicking me off, mid song, and plays songs that are in none of my playlists. I'm a paying customer and so annoyed!.
