It could be great if you also try to reinstall your Spotify app in meantime, as this might solve this issue.
Hey @mahiralghamdi do you have any other devices with Spotify you can test on that ISP? How does it work for you when you are connected to another wifi, perhaps at work or school?

Are you using any sort of VPN?
I have the same issue since about the same time. STC is probably causing this, just like they have with other services in the past for various reasons.
I have a similar issue.
The app itself is working just fine, but streaming on WiFi is just extremely slow.
I tried:
1. changing quality standards
2. logging out and in again
3. reinstalling the app
4. removing my phone's SD memory card
I'm using Android Lollipop on Huawei Ascend Mate 7.
Please help me fix it.
I'm not willing to pay for a service I can't use to stream songs without buffering.
