Spotify app cannot be downloaded. I am trying to download Spotify app from Play Store but I get the message "You cannot install this app because another user has installed an incompatible version on this device" but I do not have Spotify app installed on my device (com.spotify file is not in the data partition)

Thanks for posting this thread and we hope you don't mind a response in English since this is the official language of the Community. 

It seems that the issue you're experiencing might be connected to having multiple user accounts on your device. Would you mind checking out the steps suggested in the Google Play forum and let us know if this changes anything for you?
