I have a premium spotify accoun and uses it frequently on my sony xperia z
i made an installation of a previous versions of spotify to make it sync to my 64 gb SD card.
Then uppgraded version.
Then i checked in what playlists i wanted synched to offline mode.
Now spotify says i reaced maximum of downloadable tracks, so when i add songs to
my playlists i already have it don't download them cause of that
please help with some kind of info, in this matter.
Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂
Do you currently have 3,333 tracks synched offline to that device?
If so, that is the maximum number of tracks you are allowed to store offline at any one time on a single device.

...Yh..but why??..I use my Samsung-phone to listen to music all the time...and loved Spotify...but now I doubt Spotify .....its stupid.......especially now when you can have extern usb storage with lots of free space.....this was a huge downer!
There;s an idea for this to be changed here.
they can even give the choice to keep a track in library but not to download it
Hello, guys. I had 3 cellphones with downlodead playlists. I sold and REMOVED the other 2 devices from Spotify and now I use only one. So how come I can dowload only 3.333 songs in this one device e and not 10.000, as I am entitled to have?
The Spotify terms and conditions are very clear.
3333 per device.
When you signed up for the Spotify account, then you signed that you read and agreed the terms and conditions.
Yes, Spotify, please lift this limit.
You also need to do a MUCH better off job listing this arbitrary limitiation when advertising and selling your service - your competitors are far better in the respect, and consumers should be given this choice up front. Where exactly is this limitation listed? Buried in your EULA?
Oh look a 'read the EULA' douche. . .
Yes, 10000 / 3 is a joke. And it increased my opinion that the spotify programmers or the management are incompetent. I will try Deezer.
Totally agree! Please lift the limit at least to 5k songs on one device. 3,3k is so little 😕
I mean you can have 3*3,3k...so why not 2*5k or even 1*10k? I mean look at play music. They could manage it!
But I love Spotify still 😉
Hey Spotify, I've been a premium user isnce 2012. LIFT THE LIMIT OR I'M OUT!!!
Yep same **bleep**, spotify remove this **bleep** or after my premium ends by "Premium will end on 2/19/17. " goodbye Spotify **bleep** HELLO Google Music
a limit is complete BULL **bleep**!!
I'll be happy to move to apple music.
I just got this message today
I just tried out the premium service for a month and ran into the same issue. Google Music doesn't limit it to 3,333--so even though it's not as good, that's the one I'll be using for now.
Spotify, I think you're the best in every other category, but this needs to be fixed before I can come back.
Best wishes!
