Hey @MICHAELGO,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

This type of issue, when the app goes blank after some time unused, is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on the device. In case you haven't done it before, you can try performing a clean reinstall of the app by following this guide. We recommend this step since it gets you the latest app version and removes corrupted data from previous installations that could be causing issues with the app's performance on your tablet.

If the issue persists, could you check with a different Wi-Fi connection to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can try with a mobile data hotspot to test it.

Lastly, include in your next response the OS version of your tablets, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

We'll be on the lookout.
