there are no songs in playlists

My Question or Issue

whenever i try to play a song that is into a playlist i see this;

I tried to cancel cache and reinstall the app but it didn't work.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community!

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. Could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

On the free version of Spotify most of the songs can be played on Shuffle-mode only which means that you're not able to stream the song that you click on directly.

There are a few pick and playlists like for example the Daily mixes. You can take a look here for more info on that.

If that's not what you're experiencing, could you give us a bit more details so that we could shine some more light on this.
