track not available

Having an issue when trying to play my spotify tracks . It will play 3 seconds then stop and say "track not available" if I try other tracks they may not even play at all. I have listened for the previous 4 months without this problem. I have tried to solve the issue by first freeing up 3gig of memory on my tab, then I Uninstalled and reinstalled the spotify app three times. I have also made sure my settings are set to not share to other devices, a have made sure my other factory music apps are not on and that I'm not logged on at any other areas and finally I have changed my password. After changing my password I was able to listen with no problems for 15 minutes only, before repeating to the "track not available" problem. Please help. I have a samsung galaxy tab pro.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
