Everyone should have their own spotify account so I'm not sure what you mean. Did your family plan administrator follow theinstructions here?

I don't understand how to make sure everyone has ts own account.
I am tha administrator and I send my family members the link to invite them. but if there try to come in with there own (spotify free) they could not get acces to it.
