Car thing never shipped? No response from spotify.

My Question or Issue

I ordered a car thing about 2 weeks ago, got the confirmation email along with a order number and a message that said it would ship shortly and id get my tracking info in a separate email and my payment was charged. My card was charged according to bank statements (and not just a hold, a complete charge) but no car thing has shown up and no emails spam or otherwise from spotify or anybody else regarding the purchase since the initial confirmation… i tried reaching out to spotify by my email went unanswered and my chats ignored after supposedly “transferring me to the correct department “…..

Sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately we're unable to help out in this situation here on the Community, as we lack access to the tools necessary to look further into it. It's best you reach out to Customer Support again as they're the folks who can provide you with more insight on the matter. It's also worth double-checking your inbox as well as all other filtered folders (including Deleted emails), as it's possible the email ended up in one of them.

As mentioned, there are no emails. As also mentioned, spotify support is unresponsive.

We're not able to check these things backstage. However they should get back to you. Sometimes it could take a little bit longer than usual depending on how many contacts they have. Just to confirm, have you checked your junk/spam folder?
