30 minutes of commercial free music not working

I’m getting commercials approximately every three songs. It’s certainly not 30 minutes commercial-free. How can Spotify fix this issue?

Thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear that you're getting ads so often. We'd recommend logging out and back in the app. Also, when a video ad appears, keep it in focus and don't navigate to other apps until it finishes. 

Let us know if the issue persists after that.
