Album is not available for me but my friend can play it.

Album "Where is Piemont" by Malky looks unavailable but my friend from the same country can play it. All of the other songs are available for me except this album. The only issue I can think of is the fact that my acc is still american and she has a Bulgarian one.

Content availability on Spotify varies between countries and regions and depends on permissions from the copy rights holders. Most likely the album is not available for streaming in the US, and since your account is currently set to USA you won't be able to stream the album.

Your account's country setting must match the country where your used payment method has been issued. More info about country and region settings can be found here. 

It's worth mentioning that that if you have a Family plan and you're a family member, you can't change the payment method because the Family owner is the one who's in charge of payments. If that's the case and if you'd like to change the way the family owner is getting charged - you should ask them to update the payment method on their account page.

Keep in mind that with Spotify Premium you can travel anywhere without having to change your account settings. So, if you're travelling to Bulgaria - you don't need to make any changes.
