[All-Platforms][Podcasts] End Promotion of Right-Wing Podcasts

Spotify is actively platforming extremist right wing voices with the ongoing promotion of their curated podcasts. Jordan Peterson, Joe Rogan and Ben Shapiro are just three of many popular creators who have a history of voicing Sexist, anti LGBT or Racist Viewpoints.

It cannot be ignored that Spotify both through its platform and in limited cases though direct payments to these creators is financially supporting the content and political causes of these extremist creators.

I believe that in the interest of maintaining an inclusive and diverse platform these creator's content is not suitable for promotion, and Spotify should immediately take action to reinforce  their commitment to protecting minorities and vulnerable users.

To be clear I am not requesting the removal of this content, but I think it is inappropriate for it to be shown to a user without having first searched for it. These creators have grown a personal brand that can be found offensive or harmful to many minorities and Spotify should show interest in protecting these users from both an ethical and user retention viewpoint.

To resolve this issue Spotify should implement the following changes:

 - Create and enforce guidelines for content that is acceptable for promotion (content that will be recommended to users)

 - Introduce user moderation features to allow users to report harmful or abusive content (allowing it to be marked as unsuitable by the community)

 - End financial relationships with all creators that voice discriminatory views or promote the harassment of minorities in their content (including Jordan Peterson, Joe Rogan and Ben Shapiro)
