Blocked Artists

So I blocked artists in Spotify and I'm wondering if they're going to show up on my Wrapped.

There's an artist that I got information about and I immediately blocked and wiped them from all the playlists they were on back in February, but if I go to my stats.fm app, they're still in my top 20 somehow when I've found easily 15 more bands that are in heavy rotation. How do I completely scrub these horrible people from my stats?

When you block an artist, the algorithm less frequently suggests them on the Made For You playlists or on Smart Shuffle, for example. However, if you have a previous listening history with this artist, it may appear in your stats, depending on how much you used to listen to them.

In your specific situation, my recommendation is that you continue to listen to other artists you like, and gradually the blocked one will disappear from your listening history because the new listening habit will replace the older one.
