Hey @Chris_1_

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this.

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one.

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us a screenshot of how your downloaded content is showing on your end?

Lastly, could you let us know if you created the playlists that have been deleted or you were following them?

Keep us posted 🙂

Thanks for your advice. I will consider doing a clean reinstall.

I would like to inform you that the erasing of Playlists occurred before on
my former LG mobile phone and before that also on my Motorola.. But on
these phones I did not have a Spotify app.

If it's the same saboteurs, this could mean they have illegal access to
your software (they can change titles, displays and content without
authorization).
I read on the social media that there are more people who have met with
likewise sabotage.

I am keen to finding out who is sabotaging my music so I can take
appropriate action.

Please keep me informed about the issue.

Kind regards
