Should we send an upcoming unreleased song to independent Spotify Playlist curators BEFORE the release of AFTER the release?

Are they able to play & inspect the song is if its shared before the release date through its Spotify URI?

After.

Playlisters, lebels etc. can't see the track until it's released.

It you have pre saving set up then you can do up the press kit/email as far in advance as you want and you can schedule it to send right on the second the track is released.

The pre save link turns into the song link once it's released.

Alternatively, you can send the email in advance with the pre save link and an mp3 copy of the song so they can add it on the day. From what I've found as an artist/curator on both sides of the situation, the easier you can make it for them to hear and add your song, the better.
