"Banned" isn't really the right word in this case. When songs are removed from Spotify, it's usually due to some licensing issues with them. Spotify would like to make all the world's music available, but this availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.

In this case, I can see that Azra is still present on some "Ultimate Collection" albums, so if you don't see it, it might be a difference in countries. See if this is what you're looking for here.
