Why can't i download a complete playlist instead of single tracks.

You used to be able to until 2 days ago. I stumble on a new artist & I can't download the artists music. It's frustrating. I go to search for music, but I'm locked out unless a buy a premium account.

As described here, downloading music is one of our Premium features and is not available for free accounts. Can you please explain your issue in a bit more details, so we can investigate further?

I'm locked out of listening to new artists so I can't get the full
experience of listening to new music..
And when I go to featured playlists 1-6, I get 4:30 of ads. I timed it.
Resuming my playlist is the same - commercials.
The Premium option is always on my home screen with no way to get rid of it.
When I go to my playlist it plays the 2nd last song as seen in the photo.
Please fix these as it frustrates me.

If you've subscribed to Premium but didn't get the Premium features, we'd recommend checking out this article. If you're currently using the free tier, we're afraid there's no way around the limitations you're describing.

You have to pay for Premium, whereas last week it was free. You can't download artist tracks or explore. You have to wait 4:30 before artist changed the Artist tracks 1-6 are available. They moved the goal posts arbitrarily.

I'm continuing under protest.
