Thanks for getting back to us.

 

Let us know if this issue persists once you've performed a clean reinstall on the affected device. We recommend this step since it'll get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and remove any corrupted files from previous installations. 

 

If that doesn't do the trick, could you send us a couple of screenshots of how the downloaded playlists appear at your end? Please include the make, model, OS version and exact Spotify version on your phone.

 

Keep us posted. We’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

Sometimes my playlist shows all downloaded and sometimes it shows some of them are downloaded. This is on my phone.
