Charged twice without subscription

Charged twice without subscription

Hello,

Earlier today I tried to sign up for the student discount for Spotify premium. I have never used Spotify premium before. In order to get the student discount I need to verify that I was a college student. On my first attempt, I entered my name and college but was not found in the registry. On my second attempt, I sent in a picture of my college ID but soon after received an email that I was not verified. So, after two attempts at trying to get the student discount I gave up and decided not to use Spotify premium. The problem, however, was that I had already given them my credit card information and Spotify had charged me for the student discount ($4.99) twice. So now I have paid Spotify 10 dollars and I still don't even have a premium subscription. At this point, I just want my money back.

Thanks
