My Question or Issue:

When I restart my laptop or relaunch Spotify after a period of indeterminate time, the green bubbles tell me what I can do inside the app. It would be fine to learn new information, but what is the point of the “dismiss” checkbox if the bubbles do not actually disappear after clicking them? I am willing to learn what's new when there is an update, but I would rather not see the same tips every time I open Spotify.

I saw a workaround from 2012 in the forums, but the directions are for PC, not Mac, and I don't see this topic discussed anywhere else. Thanks in advance. Help me turn these off!!
