Is there a way to add an album to its own space?

Hi guys. I asked a modified form of this question yesterday, but by the time I came back someone had locked the thread and marked the solution themselves, which I wasn't thrilled about as I didn't feel like the question was answered!

Quite simply, my question is: is there a way to save an album (or artist) to its own space, as part of e.g. A genre playlist folder, rather than in the Albums or Artists sections? 

These sections get prepopulated with items based on my song selections, but that means the contents here get muddled in with any Albums or Artists that I have handpicked specifically to review review/listen to later

If it's not possible I can deal with that, but I feel like being able to keep specific Album or Artists selections that you have made, in a separate space, is a lot more useful than e.g. Having album cover art appear with 1 song selection in it (which is already in My Songs and various playlists).
