Old spotify app version ended and new app doesn't install - tried 2 days

Old spotify app version ended and new app doesn't install - tried 2 days

Installing doesn't complete. I do have enough storage space on my Mac.

In case this is regarding a subscription having ended instead of an issue with the app itself, do let us know.

If not - could you tell us more about your issue - where does the installation of the app client stop and do you get any error messages?
We'd also like to know what your device's model is, as well as its OS version.

Aside from this, I'd check if I uninstalling any Spotify clients, currently present on your device would make a difference. To see if you're following the correct steps to do so, check out this article from Apple.
