Play queue is totally messed up

Play queue is totally messed up

Ever since I updated to the latest Spotify (I use the beta one if this makes a difference - funnily enough, I had to switch to it because of another play queue problem) I can no longer remove tracks from my play queue, add songs to it, or rearrange the order in which they play. I've noticed that my attempts of doing any of these things followed by restarting the app results in my play queue getting completely out of order and not how I had it or tried to get it to be. This is really frustrating because the way I use Spotify is by manually adding songs and albums to my queue, and then I'll reorder them later based on what I feel like listening to then. It's also how I keep track of albums I want to listen to rather than making a list elsewhere and looking them all up. So because of this, Spotify (which I am paying for) is currently unusable to me on my dekstop, main way of using Spotify...

 

I'm just wondering if anybody else has had a similar problem and if you managed to solve it? I really don't want to play from the album/artist pages because it's a hassle clearing out dozens of songs from my play queue after listening to the one thing I wanted to listen to.
