Spotify, why do you continuously break basic features in new versions?

Hello everyone,

I have the uncontrollable urge to start this debate, and I hope the Spotify team also steps in and gives us an explanation.

Why are essential features being removed every time there is a major update in Spotify? Everytime this happens, a lot of users comment on threads and eventually Spotify says, "it will be back".

But, WHY IS IT GONE IN THE FIRST PLACE? If its a basic feature of Spotify, why was it removed? Why don't you take a little longer to release an update, and check that the new update has not broken basic features?

Spotify never explains why its gone, they just say it'll be back. This has been done repeatedly, tons of times. I hope Spotify can take a moment to explain us why they remove basic features in the first place.

They are not good at their occupation - But when one finally replies he/she thinks he/she is great (delusional) - I've never seen any program that gets rewritten, removes most of the useful features they says it's so they can add more features? They also release beta software to all thier paid users, this is not normal behaviour for programmers - The odd thing is the Android app is rather good but they can't code Windows to save their life, I've reverted to an earlier version as the latest is useless.
