ALBUMS GREYED OUT FOR ME BUT NOT FOR OTHERS

See for example 98.12.98 Otokotachi No Wakare, the album is absent from search results,  when songs are featured in playlists they are greyed out and skipped. 
meanwhile, my friend with an account in the same country as me can find and play that album without any problems.
I understand that this same question has been asked before but there haven't been any answers and every other thread is dead and closed.

Hey @Rùnkina 

I'd suggest reinstalling you Spotify client. It might have issues resulting in odd things, reinstall will wipe them. 🙂

Follow this article on how to reinstall, I also recommend restarting your PC before installing.

Thanks for the reply, but sadly my problem extends over any client/platform
i try
I've tried several phones both android and iOS, macOS and even the web
client, nothing seems to work

Could you (and ideally your friend too) check your country if it's the same for you (Italy)? You can check that in your Spotify account.

Also, have you tried a different network or a different Spotify user account? If not, I'd recommend to, to see if it's a network issue or a problem with your account.
