Can't find podcast tab in desktop app

My Question or Issue

I used to have access to the podcast tab on my Spotify desktop app, and suddenly it's just disappeared and I need help to restore it. Also, when I use the web player I can get in podcast tab, but podcast there are not playing, the only thing I get when I try to play a podcast, is a message that says " This song is unavailable" (check the picture).Capture123.JPG

Hey @9zabra, sorry for the late reply.

 

Upon launch, some features such as videos and podcasts were not available in Middle-Eastern or North African countries. Since you could access podcasts before, have you changed your country settings on your account recently? That could explain this issue.

 

Also, could you try checking through any friend or family members' account in your region to see if they have access to podcasts?

Bittencourt thank you for responding, unfortunately it's not working, I switched to MacOS Sierra, and it's the same problem (also on my Android phone), I guess it's related to Spotify policy in my country. I hope there is a solution, thanks again.
