Help system sucks

Why is there no way to contact Spotify? I've been looking for over an hour. All my playlists have disappeared and i can't get any help. No one has answered my question about it. Don't the people at spotify care? Don't they want to take responsibility for problems with their own program? No no, let the community figure all the problems out themselves. If no one helps? Not our problem!
