How to listen to local files on a network drive when PC is off

Hi,

I can add local files via my Windows desktop app and create playlists and play then via my android phone. However, this only works while the PC is turned on. Is there a way to specify a source that is a network drive, but is not mapped to a drive letter in windows. The drive is a DLNA server and other devices can see it and play from it.
