My Question or Issue

I have previously used the miniplayer feature on the spotify app on my computer. I opened it today and made it smaller. It blocked the action and said "you discovered a premium feature" even though I've always done this in the past AND I have premium. When I hit "not now" it reverses the minimization, and when I hit "explore premium" it just reopens the spotify window.

This is odd. If you're on Premium, this shouldn't be happening, so we'd first recommend logging out and back in a couple of times so your account info can sync properly. Also, make sure that you're logging in to the right account as this could also be a cause for this issue. You'll see more info on how to find out if you have another Spotify account in this article.

 

You can also try performing a clean reinstall of the app to see if that makes any difference.
