My music keeps stopping on every device after 30 seconds when I am online

My Question or Issue

Last night while sitting with my partner, I was trying to share a playlist with them through the discord "listen along with" feature. They joined my session, but after 30 seconds my music stopped playing. I tried to play it again from my PC and this continually kept happening. I have just gotten new headphones, so I thought they were the problem and I tried an older pair and it still did not continue to play the song. I even tried playing the music from my phone to the headphones and it would still cut out.

The next day rolls around and I am trying to work on homework with music and the same problem is occurring. I did all the methods that are already listed online.
There are no updates for my PC or phone.
The cache is cleared.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both devices.
Restarted both devices.
Turned off Crossfade.
Turned off Data suppress.
Did speed tests for both devices with no problem.
I have also done a clean reinstall on my phone (I couldn't figure it out for windows 11) and the problem still persists.

The only thing that is working is playing the music in offline mode. I don't have enough space on my phone or PC to continually download all the new music I want to listen to. I want my online mode to work again.

How do I get it to where I can listen online again?

Hi there @sassmastermeg,

Thanks for the post.

Can you try Logging out everywhere and back in only on your PC to check if the music stops again? It's possible that your account is also logged in another device, to which someone else has access and that's stopping your layback.

Let us know how it goes.
