NUS Discount Not working

NUS Discount Not working

I tried setting up an NUS card on my premium account, however when i put my Date of Birth in, it said "Invalid Date of Birth"? How do I fix this?? The card number worked fine yet whenever I try I can never get it to work because it thinks I've put a wrong dob in? someone help??

Is it defintely the same date of birth that is on your NUS card? 

 

If you are still having issues, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
