Offline mode not working on PC after changing the storage location from (C): to (D):

Hello there,

I changed the storage location for Spotify library in the settings of Spotify program. I changed it from my (C): drive (which is SSD) to (D): (which is HDD). I restarted Spotify. After that I noticed when I looked at folder sizes that nothing has changed and when I run Spotify without the internet my songs were not available offline (something that was not a thing before moving this storage). When I clicked them it showed a blue message that I can’t play them offline etc. I checked on my account for offline devices and my windows was on the list. How do I repair it? And if I have to reinstall it or something else how do I do it in the future so that those big Spotify folders won’t take my precious space on my (C): SSD? Thanks for help and cheers!
