Hey,
Thanks for reaching out and kudos for the troubleshooting you've tried so far.
As a next step, can you please check your hosts file? Here's a guide for Windows/Mac.
Also, see if the issue persists when using a different internet connection (preferably by a different provider).
Looking forward to your reply.
None of this has made any changes. I've reinstalled Spotify, done the hosts file, still gets jammed up when it goes to play an ad.
Nothing is there.

Hey @shopNoosa,
Thanks for the reply.
Are you by any chance using an add blocker? Does the same issue occur on a different desktop device?
Keep us posted,
Cheers!
Yes, it did occur on another device.
I solved the problem. I am using a SONOS s1 speaker, I deleted Spotify as a service in the SOnos Controller App, reinstalled Sonos, setup the Spotify service from scratch, and problem was solved.
My suspicion is this started when I used a different Spotify account on the same Speaker as another account usually gets used on. This created a conflict that. That is my suspicion as this is when the problem started.
Hope that might help others.
Nope, worked for a couple of ads, then ads have stopped playing again. No Mutify, nothing like that. No ad blocker, just Spotify through Sonos. Can't get this working.
Called Sonos Support, seems there's a developer level problem between the two services.
Stramngely though, mine has started working an hour after the phone call to Sonos. Not all ads, but I just had two play through with no issue, fingers crossed this is done????
