Playing 1 song at the time, then stops.

Solved!

Playing 1 song at the time, then stops.

This is happening just to me (from 4 accounts I'm the only one with this problem). Every time I play and playlist, it will play just 1 song and stops. It happens in Desktop, my Ipad and Android version. In the Android version only it will go to something called "DJ" but it doesn't play. It has a purple background and a green circle, and it just stays there. The desktop just pauses after the song and that's it.

My Question or Issue

My husband sent the link to his DJ wrapped and has been happening since I clicked on it. I cleaned the cache, installed and uninstalled the apps and I followed another post in the forums about turning to a different quality and then back, none of it has worked.

Thanks for the help.

Hey @Voplo,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to see this has happened.
We've made some changes backstage so, if the issue still persists, we'd like to ask you to go over these steps on any of the affected devices to see if that would make a difference.

Hope this helps! We'll be on the lookout for your reply 🙂

The steps worked. It is weird because I tried the same steps before and it didn't work. One thing I did different is I uninstalled them from all devices first, and then installed them, instead doing it one by one. I don't know if it makes sense but it worked for me this time. Thank you 🙂

Hey there @Voplo,

Thanks for keeping us in the loop!

That's great news, we're happy to hear it's working for you 🙂

The Community is here for you, should anything else come to mind.

Cheers!
