My Question or Issue

My Windows application does not sync with my android device. They are on the same Wi-Fi, on the same account and I just tried to log out and reinstall on windows (as per https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Playlists-not-fully-syncing-between-devices-help/ta-p/4631512) but to no avail, it still does not sync on my windows machine.

It hasn't always been been like this but seems to occur more often recently (past couple of months)

Hi @electroman12345,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Could you explain further what isn't syncing properly? More specifically:

  1. Is Connect not working, meaning you are not able to control the playback on your PC from your phone or vice versa? 
  2. Is the recently played on one device not reflecting content played on the other? 
  3. Are playlists created or songs liked on one not saved overall? 
  4. How does it look on the webplayer

Let us know these things and we'll be happy to take a look. If you can send some screenshots from both devices, showcasing the behaviour, that would be very helpful.
