Some keyboard shortcuts aren't working in the Web Player

Some Keyboard Shortcuts don't work on Spotify Web Player

Example:

Raise volume (Alt + Up Arrow)
Lower volume (Alt + Down Arrow)
Seek forward (Shift + Right Arrow)
Seek backward (Shift + Lefr Arrow)

Please Fix it

The same happens to me. Currently, I'm using Chrome version 124.0.6367.119

Worth mentioning that those shortcuts were working before (Idk if Chrome was updated recently).

First up, we appreciate you taking the time to report the situation. We'll go ahead and report it to the right team so they can check it out. To do so, let us know what browser and device you use (make, model, and OS). Additionally, have you checked if it happens from an incognito/private tab or a different browser/device? And are those the only shortcuts that aren't working?

This has been tested on the current version of the Сhrome browser (version 124.0.6367.119) and Firefox (125.0.3 64-bit).

Maybe another shortcuts was disable too. I tested what I use most often)))

It's been a long time and the keyboard shortcuts bug is still there. Are you going to solve this problem in the future?

A couple months ago few hotkey combo's stopped working in WEB PLAYER. Any advice of troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated! Specifically not working: SHIFT+Left/Right Arrow: seek within song; ALT +Up/Down: vol stopped working.
Verified not working on multiple environments: Win8/Win10, Chrome 126 (normal/incognito), Spotify Premuim Indiv/Free account, cleared browser cache and cookies.
